UI/UX Intern

About the Role: Are you a budding designer passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences? Anthena Group is looking for a motivated and eager UI/UX Intern to join our dynamic product team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contribute to real-world projects, and learn from experienced professionals. You'll play a supporting role in various stages of the design process, helping to shape the future of our products.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs.
• Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
• Contribute to the iteration and refinement of existing designs based on user feedback and team discussions.
• Help maintain and evolve our design system and component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions.
• Learn about accessibility best practices and how to incorporate them into design.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A foundational understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and design thinking.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• A strong desire to learn and grow in the UI/UX field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant projects (even academic or personal projects are valuable!).
